Cheese Experience is a guided tasting held in the small showroom of my artisan dairy in the village of Saborsko, only 20 minutes from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Guests are welcomed personally, and through tasting and storytelling, I share my passion for cheesemaking and life in the Lika region.

You’ll experience a carefully balanced mix of tradition and innovation. The focus is on two traditional cheeses from Lika – Lička basa and Lički škripavac – which I present in a modern, refined way that reflects today’s tastes and values.

Alongside these, you’ll also taste my original cheeses, mostly in the French and Italian style, with natural rinds and noble molds.
